Pliodolops kamektsen
Taxonomy
Polydolops kamektsen was named by Simpson (1935). Its type specimen is AMNH. 28525, a mandible (part of right lower jaw with M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cañadón Hondo, Kibenikhoria Faunal Zone, which is in a Riochican alluvial fan sandstone in the Las Flores Formation of Argentina.
It was recombined as Pliodolops kamektsen by Chornogubsky (2020).
