Abia shanwangensis
Taxonomy
Procimbex shanwangensis was named by Hong (1984). Its type specimen is 79038, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shanwang, Linqu County, collection 79/80 (Beijing Museum), which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China.
It was recombined as Abia shanwangensis by Zhang (1989), Nel (2004), Taeger et al. (2010), Archibald and Rasnitsyn (2023).
