| J. Echevarría et al. 2021 | Shell opisthogyrate with slightly protruding carinae, usually rounded angulations in late growth stages. Escutcheon slightly depressed. Area with fine commarginal costellae, usually densely spaced. Antecarinal space variably developed. Flank with oblique costae, subparallel, anteroventrally sloping, and orthogonal to the antecarinal space. Flank costae sometimes sharp and continuous on the anteriormost segment; otherwise formed by small tubercles, frequently elongate along growth lines. |
