Ominexyela ishidai
Taxonomy
Ominexyela ishidai was named by Oyama et al. (2025). Its type specimen is MMHF3-00100, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Ominé locality, Mine City (MMHF collection), which is in a Carnian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Momonoki Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Ominexyela.
