Carentonosaurus soaresi
Taxonomy
Carentonosaurus soaresi was named by Pimentel et al. (2023). Its type specimen is DCT-CC-1, a set of vertebrae, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Beiraterra Quarry of Casais dos Carecos, which is in a Cenomanian coastal carbonate in the Tentúgal Formation of Portugal.
