Lebanoaktassia curiosa
Taxonomy
Lebanoaktassia curiosa was named by Azar and Nel (2023). Its type specimen is LU I-26226/2, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Hjoula (Lebanese University collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Sannine Limestone Formation of Lebanon. It is the type species of Lebanoaktassia.
