Taxonomy
Kinitocelis patrickmuelleri was named by Mey and Wichard (2023). Its type specimen is ZFMK-TRI000838, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (ZFMK coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
