Sinaeschnidia heishankowense

Taxonomy
Sinaeschnidia heishankowensis was named by Hong (1965). Its type specimen is HX-16/1203, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is HX-16, Houshangou, Chaoyang County, which is in an Aptian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Shahai Formation of China. It is the type species of Sinaeschnidia.

It was recombined as Aeschnidium heishankowense by Zhang (1999), Zhang (1999); it was corrected as Sinaeschnidia heishankowense by Zhang et al. (2023).
