Taxonomy
Eolepinotus zherikhini was named by Hakim et al. (2021). Its type specimen is PIN 3603/1, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Timmerdyakh-Khaya, Yakutian amber (PIN collection 3603), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.
