Jatoba losbrachi
Taxonomy
Jatoba losbrachi was named by Poinar et al. (2020). Its type specimen is Poinar D-HO-64, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Dominican amber, Los Brachos mine (Poinar coll), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the La Toca Formation of the Dominican Republic. It is the type species of Jatoba.
