Paleoxyela nearctica
Taxonomy
Paleoxyela nearctica was named by Jouault et al. (2021). Its type specimen is UCM 18643, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant (University of Colorado Collection), which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.
