Cystispina diversa

Taxonomy
Cystispina diversa was named by Hahn and Hahn (1971). Its type specimen is SMF 22786, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Homberg bei Erdbach, Raum Herborn, which is in a Visean carbonate shale in the Bromberg Formation of Germany.

It was recombined as Cystispina (Spatulina) diversa by Hahn and Hahn (1981).

P. Müller 2008Eine Art von Cystispina mit folgen- den Besonderheiten – Präglabellar-Bereich und Festwangen mäßig breit, Augen-Deckel etwas außerhalb von β gelegen (exsag.). Freiwange mit mäßig großem Auge, Wangen-Stachel hinten vertikal stark nach oben aufgebläht. Pygidium lang mit langer Rhachis.
