Taxonomy
Bollandia (Capricornia) was named by Engel and Morris (1996). It is not extant. Its type is Capricornia queenslandica.

It was reranked as Capricornia by Jell and Adrain (2002); it was replaced with Engelomorrisia by Ă–zdikmen (2009); it was synonymized subjectively with Bollandia by Vanderlaan and Ebach (2015).

It was assigned to Bollandia by Engel and Morris (1996); and to Proetidae by Jell and Adrain (2002).
