Taxonomy

Trigonia leana was named by Gabb (1876).

It was recombined as Yaadia leana by Cox (1952), Saul (1978).

Synonyms

Trigonia colusaensis was named by Anderson (1958). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 1291, Peterson Ranch, which is in a Cenomanian offshore shale in the Antelope Formation of California.

It was synonymized subjectively with Yaadia leana by Saul (1978).
Trigonia wheelerensis was named by Anderson (1958).
