Weeksina unispinus
Taxonomy
Asaphiscus unispinus was named by Walcott (1916). Its type specimen is USNM 62775 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 30n. 4 miles south of Marjum Pass, which is in a Marjumian marine limestone in the Weeks Formation of Utah.
It was recombined as Weeksina unispinus by Resser (1935); it was recombined as Weeksina unispina by Pates et al. (2021).
