Micromphalites (Clydomphalites) clydocromphalus
Taxonomy
Micromphalites (Clydomphalites) clydocromphalus was named by Arkell (1952). Its type specimen is SM F10773, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 16, Juraifa area (Aramco S-1483/1500), which is in a Bathonian carbonate limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia. It is the type species of Clydomphalites.
