Mourasuchus pattersoni
Taxonomy
Mourasuchus pattersoni was named by Cidade et al. (2017). Its type specimen is MCNC-PAL-110-72V, a partial skeleton (skull and postcrania), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is West of El Picacho, which is in a Miocene fluvial-deltaic siliciclastic in the Urumaco Formation of Venezuela.
