Propoissonia beskonakensis
Taxonomy
Propoissonia beskonakensis was named by Nel and Paicheler (1992). Its type specimen is MNHN IPM-B.47695, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Bes-Konak, which is in an Aquitanian lacustrine - large diatomite in Türkiye. It is the type species of Propoissonia.
