Taxonomy
Folindusia (Spirindusia) zeuneri was named by Vialov and Sukacheva (1976). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is BMNH In 37732, an other (caddis case), and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Ardtun Head, Isle of Mull, which is in a Thanetian lacustrine claystone/sandstone in the interbasaltic plant-beds Formation of the United Kingdom.
