Dubhglasina expansus

Taxonomy

Australoharpes expansus was named by Jell (1985). Its type specimen is NMVP 74439, a cephalon/head, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NMVPL184. Digger Island. Waratah Bay, which is in a Lancefieldian marine mudstone in the Digger Island Formation of Australia.

It was recombined as Dubhglasina expansus by Ebach and McNamara (2002).

P. A. Jell 1985	Alae absent; eye tubercles small, siluated level with anterior of glabella; preglabellar boss present; girder fading out just before tip of prolongation; brim wide anteriorly, tapering rapidly along relatively short prolongation; spine present on tip of prolongation.
