Lampetis weigelti

Taxonomy
Eolampetis weigelti was named by Pongrácz (1935). Its type specimen is GPIUH G55/51, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Geiseltal (Halle collection), which is in a Lutetian mire/swamp lignite/shale in Germany.

It was recombined as Psiloptera (Lampetis) weigelti by Weidlich (1987), Hörnschemeyer and Wedmann (1994); it was recombined as Lampetis weigelti by Bellamy (2008).
