Taxonomy
Fergusonites hendersonae was named by Longridge et al. (2008). Its type specimen is GSC 127423, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC loc. 62362 - Taseko Lakes, which is in a Hettangian marine siliciclastic in Canada.
