Colastes abrogatus
Taxonomy
Exothecus abrogatus was named by Brues (1910). Its type specimen is AMNH A40, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant (AMNH Collection), which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.
It was recombined as Colastes abrogatus by Belokobylskij (2014).
