Cionocoleus jepsoni
Taxonomy
Cionocoleus jepsoni was named by Jarzembowski et al. (2013). Its type specimen is NHM II 3049, an elytra, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Durlston Bay, Bed DB175, Swanage (BMNH collection), which is in a Berriasian lagoonal siliciclastic in the Durlston Formation of the United Kingdom.
