Brigittepterus brauckmanni
Taxonomy
Brigittepterus brauckmanni was named by Rasnitsyn et al. (2003). Its type specimen is LD 2453 1/2, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Zessin collection), which is in a Toarcian marine claystone in Germany. It is the type species of Brigittepterus.
