Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
R. Stanford et al. 2011A nodosaurid ankylosaur that differs from all others, including Panoplosaurus mirus, in having a relatively narrow rostrum; a large, well-delimited, and more rostrally-placed
triangular ornamentation (from the maxillae?) on the dorsum of the skull; a shorter skull roof (and presumably shorter braincase, with the intersection of the frontoparietal joint and the midline more caudally placed; large, but undifferentiated circumorbital ornamentation.
