Necymylacris sulcata
Taxonomy
Gerablattina (Aphthoroblattina) sulcata was named by Bolton (1911). Its type specimen is MPG 24504, a wing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Maes-y-cwmmer (Gwernau level), Monmouthshire, which is in a Westphalian D terrestrial siliciclastic in the Pennant Sandstone Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Boltonia.
It was recombined as Boltonia sulcata by Handlirsch (1920), Handlirsch (1922); it was recombined as Phyloblatta sulcata by Bolton (1922); it was recombined as Necymylacris sulcata by Durden (1969).
