Anomoepus palmipes

Taxonomy
Moyenisauropus palmipes was named by Ellenberger (1970). It is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Mokkanametsong tracksite (zone B/2), which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian terrestrial sandstone in the Elliot Formation of Lesotho.

It was recombined as Anomoepus palmipes by Olsen and Galton (1984); it was recombined as Masitisisauropus palmipes by Ellenberger (1972), Ellenberger (1974), Bordy (2021).
