Gonodera vulcanica
Taxonomy
Cistela vulcanica was named by Wickham (1914). Its type specimen is MCZ 2680/1, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant (MCZ Collection), which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.
It was recombined as Gonodera vulcanica by Kirejtshuk et al. (2008), Bousquet et al. (2018), Nabozhenko (2019).
