Taxonomy
Eopolydiexodina parva was named by Huang et al. (2009). Its type specimen is Fx-35-1-d and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Xiaoxinzhai Section Fx-35, which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in the Shazipo Formation of China.
