Taxonomy
Pseudaphelaspis (Arrhenaspis) elongatus was named by Qian (1985). It is not extant. Its type locality is Chejia Hill, Tangcun, unit 9, which is in a Niuchehean marine limestone in the Tangcun Formation of China.
