Actinomylacris similis
Taxonomy
Actinomylacris similis was named by Carpenter (1934). Its type specimen is CM 6907, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is South Good Spring colliery, which is in a Westphalian D terrestrial siliciclastic in the Llewellyn Formation of Pennsylvania.
It was recombined as Mylacris similis by Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1920), Schneider (1983).
