Permila borealis
Taxonomy
Permotipula borealis was named by Martynova (1961). Its type specimen is PIN 676/583, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Suriekova I, ditch 6 (PIN collection 676), which is in a Wordian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Kazankovo-Markinskaya Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Permila.
It was recombined as Permila borealis by Willmann (1989), Evenhuis (1994), Novokshonov (1997).
