Valenzuela proavus
Taxonomy
Psocus proavus was named by Hagen (1856). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Berendt collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
It was recombined as Caecilius proavus by Hagen (1866), Hagen (1882), Enderlein (1911); it was recombined as Valenzuela proavus by Lienhard and Smithers (2002).
