Taxonomy
Anirma longiclavalis was named by Popov and Herczek (1998). Its type specimen is PIN 3901/1055, an exoskeleton (female bug), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Obeshchayushchiy (PIN collection 3901), which is in a Campanian lacustrine - small mudstone in the Ola Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Anirma.
