Panirena sukatshevae

Taxonomy
Panirena sukatshevae was named by Shcherbakov (2007). Its type specimen is PIN 923/5, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kempendyay River (PIN collection 923), which is in a Berriasian/Barremian pond siltstone/sandstone in the Khaya Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Panirena.
