Nebrenthorrhinus lacasai

Taxonomy
Brenthorrhinoides lacasai was named by Gratshev and Zherikhin (2000). Its type specimen is LC-1374-IEI, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is La Cabrua outcrop, Sierra del Montsec (IEI collection), which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the la Pedrera de Rubies Formation of Spain. It is the type species of Nebrenthorrhinus.

It was recombined as Nebrenthorrhinus lacasai by Legalov (2003), Legalov (2010), Legalov (2012), Gratshev and Legalov (2014), Legalov (2015).
