Taxonomy
Tagarosuchus kulemzini was named by Alifanov et al. (1999). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shestakovo-1, which is in an Aptian terrestrial sandstone/siltstone in the Ilek Formation of the Russian Federation.
