Platycoxa armata
Taxonomy
Platycoxa armata was named by Ponomarenko (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 2903/222, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Sogyuty (PIN Collection 2903), which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Dzhil Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
