Karanemoura abrupta
Taxonomy
Karanemoura abrupta was named by Sinitshenkova (1987). Its type specimen is PIN 2384/2367, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2384), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Karanemoura.
