Tipuloidea rhaetica
Taxonomy
Tipuloidea rhaetica was named by Wieland (1925). Its type specimen is YPM IP 034956, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Minas de Petroleo (Wieland coll), which is in a Carnian lacustrine delta plain shale/claystone in the Potrerillos Formation of Argentina.
