Dasyleptus sharovi
Taxonomy
Lepidodasypus sharovi was named by Durden (1978). Its type specimen is YPM 28152, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Elmo, YPM 1921 collection, which is in an Artinskian pond limestone in the Wellington Formation of Kansas. It is the type species of Lepidodasypus.
It was recombined as Dasyleptus sharovi by Rasnitsyn (1999), Engel (2009), Bechly and Stockar (2011).
