Taxonomy
Lopeuloma was named by Rozova (1968) [Sepkoski's age data: Cm Trep-u Sepkoski's reference number: 618]. It is not extant. Its type is Lopeuloma loparensis.

It was assigned to Ptychopariida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Eulomidae by Jell and Adrain (2002).
