Botsvania cretacea
Taxonomy
Botsvania cretacea was named by Rasnitsyn and Brothers (2007). Its type specimen is BP/2/26835/1, an exoskeleton (almost complete female), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Orapa (Bernard Price Institute), which is in a Turonian lacustrine - large mudstone in Botswana. It is the type species of Botsvania.
