Pteromixanum poxwellense
Taxonomy
Pteromixanum poxwellense was named by Sukatsheva and Jarzembowski (2001). Its type specimen is BMB 023809(10), a forewing (left forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Poxwell, Fisher's Lower Insect Bed, which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal marl in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom.
