Petrolestes hendersoni
Taxonomy
Petrolestes hendersoni was named by Cockerell (1927). Its type specimen is UCM 15619, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Station 22, Roan Plateau, which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large diatomite in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
