Jichoristella rara
Taxonomy
Jichoristella rara was named by Ren (1995). Its type specimen is BL91251, an exoskeleton (overlapping fore and hindwing, posterior view of body), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Chongqing Reservoir, west hills, Beijing, which is in an Aptian lacustrine mudstone in the Lushangfen Formation of China. It is the type species of Jichoristella.
