Afroperla permiana
Taxonomy
Afroperla permiana was named by van Dijk and Geertsema (2004). Its type specimen is NM 2733, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Bulwer (Bul 111), which is in a Changhsingian delta plain shale in the Estcourt Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Afroperla.
