Priscalestes germanica

Taxonomy
Priscalestes germanica was named by Wappler and Petrulevičius (2007). Its type specimen is PE 2000/45a+b, a hindwing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Eckfeld Maar (NHMN 2000 collection), which is in a MP 13 crater lake siltstone/shale in the Eifel Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Priscalestes.
