Liassostenophlebia germanica
Taxonomy
Liassostenophlebia germanica was named by Fleck et al. (2003). Its type specimen is Hartwig O.W. Coll. no 1, a forewing (incomplete wing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Rhine-Danube canal, km 112 (Kerkhofen), which is in a Falciferum marine shale in the Posidonienschiefer Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Liassostenophlebia.
